RAYA FOR CHANGE
Inspired by the legacy of our Ancestors
From Harihara I to King Krishnadevaraya, and even my own grandfather, Sh. AV Rayalu, my family’s story has always been about lifting the community. Their lives were rooted in generosity, strength, and a deep belief in the power of people. That same spirit lives on today through the Raya for change. At our core, we believe that every person deserves a chance to learn, dream, and grow. Our contributions are designed to support children and elders who might otherwise be left behind, helping them thrive and become the leaders of tomorrow. Additionally, when women have access to education, resources, and opportunities, they uplift entire communities. Through our empowerment initiatives, we’re working to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and unstoppable. This isn’t just a mission for us—it’s personal. It’s a promise to carry forward the values passed down through generations. And we can’t do it alone. We’d love for you to be part of this journey. Together, let’s build a future where every child learns, every woman leads, and every voice matters.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to stand up for social equality and take bold actionable steps to improve our world. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we knew we had to act fast. We reached out to vulnerable families, distributing thousands of blankets to help them get through the harsh winters, the least we could but, with our partners, we launched clean water campaigns and helped improve sanitation in villages. Gender equality is also at the heart of our work. Our founder, Lakshita has been diving deep into the issues faced by working women, pushing for policies that can make a lasting impact. One of our dedicated team leaders even spent two years researching how solar energy could light up lives in remote regions, creating solutions that bring clean energy to places that need it most. Lakshita also teamed up with National Service Scheme (NSS) at Delhi University, facilitating a much-needed blood donation drive with the Red Cross Foundation. This is just the beginning. There's still so much more to do. Our team is committed to showing up, every day, for the communities we serve. If you'd like to learn more or get involved, please reach out. Together, we can keep pushing for the change we all want to see.
